Terms of Service

Last updated: November 4, 2026. Have these terms reviewed by a qualified professional before launch.

Website information

Information on this website, including prices, sizes, and service areas, is provided for general guidance. Final pricing, rental periods, weight allowances, accepted materials, and delivery dates are confirmed in your individual quote or rental agreement.

Quote requests

Submitting a quote request does not create a booking or guarantee availability, a delivery date, or service at your address. Service is confirmed only when Handy Containers LLC confirms it with you directly.

Rental agreement

Dumpster and dump trailer rentals are governed by the terms provided at the time of booking, which take precedence over this website.
